• Sarah Carpenter


    Sarah Carpenter was born and raised in upstate New York and moved to Atlanta in 1983. She attended college in New York and Georgia graduating from The Art Institute with a degree in Music & Video Production. Sarah started in the business working for Ted Borden and Associates as an agent, before gaining direct casting experience with Stilwell Casting. Eventually, Sarah started her own company, Carpenter Consulting, where she consulted and worked in all facets of film and commercial production. She learned the business of not for-profits working for The Winfield Consulting Group before coming back to the business with Arlene Wilson Management.  A call from Kathy Hardegree with Atlanta Models & Talent, Inc. brought Sarah back to work as an agent.

  • Susan G. Reid


    Susan G. Reid puts her casting and coaching background to good use in the thriving southeastern entertainment market as an agent in the television and film department at Atlanta Models & Talent. Additionally, she has worked as a professional director and professor for over fifteen years.  An active member of the Atlanta theatre community, Reid has earned awards for her excellence in directing, ranked among the top ten directors in Atlanta. She served as Head of the BFA Acting program for Columbus State University. Extensive teaching experience includes work for academic institutions such as: Kennesaw State University, University of West Georgia and High Point University. Her other professional and community efforts include positions as Artistic Associate and Education Director at Theatre in the Square and Aurora Theatre, serving as a liaison between the theatre and school systems, bringing in thousands of students to see live theatre performances. She served on the School Advisory Council in the Marietta City School System and volunteered with the YWCA using theatre skills to teach alternative coping mechanisms for victims of domestic violence. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Directing from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and an undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, cum laude. Additionally, she was a participant in the Lincoln Center Theater Director’s Lab in 2009.

  • Keela Starr


    A native of Atlanta and with more than 15 years in the fashion and entertainment industries, Keela began her career as a talent where she appeared in television and print. After developing an interest in the business side of the industry, she became a booking agent with Click Models. She later went on to Race Models Management, a partner agency with Karin Models in Paris, France. She then entered entertainment development, joining Los Angeles, California based, Gem Entertainment Group. Over the years, her standout discoveries have been seen worldwide on runways, for designers and retailers, such as Oscar de la Renta, Dolce and Gabbana, Chloé, Valentino, Chanel, Abercrombie and Fitch, Sean John,  Republic UK, Calvin Klein, Estée Lauder,  Macy’s, and Bloomingdale’s. Ms. Starr joined the team of Atlanta Models & Talent, Inc. in June of 2011 to revamp and expand the modeling division.

  • Elana Dvorak

    Elana Dvorak is a recent transplant to Atlanta. She came here to be closer to family, and she has quickly established herself as a TV/Film agent with AMT. Prior to her move to the southeast, Elana was a Talent Manager with Howard Entertainment for over a decade. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, and she attended Beverly Hills High. After attending school at California State University NorthRidge, she discovered her passion for the TV/Film industry, working for Linda Obst Productions. She then went on to Beacon Pictures where she worked in development before heading into management. She quickly made herself at home here at AMT, but she is still adjusting to the weather and waiting for her first snow.

  • Melodi Erdogan

    Melodi is a recent graduate from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS in Journalism & Electronic Media and Cinema Studies (2015). Working at Atlanta Models & Talent as an associate within the TV/Film department, Melodi oversees communication between talent and casting directors for series and movies that film local to Atlanta. In addition, Melodi manages AMT’s social media profiles with news, workshops, and articles relevant to the agency’s followers on each platform, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others (duh – they don’t call her the guru for nothing!). When she’s not at AMT, Melodi contributes to Bustle.com as a Fashion & Beauty writer, drinks excessive amounts of coffee, and roots for the Tennessee Vols (especially when they’re playing Georgia).

  • Jasmine Williams

    Without even visiting the city first, Jasmine moved to Atlanta, GA in 2007 to try something new. She ended up going to Georgia State University soon after and graduated in 2012 with a B.B.A in Accounting. Jasmine has worked in the Accounting field for 10 years. Within those 10 years, she has been certified and/or trained in different areas of Accounting: Taxation, Quickbooks, Bookkeeping and Budgeting. Her hobbies are sewing, drawing and binge watching Netflix shows.  She recently gave birth to a bubbly, dimpled faced little girl named Malia Sydney Johnson. Everyone at AMT is her auntie (except Kevin, he’s her uncle) and she loves them so much!
